1. The applicant must have four years of college-level study graduating with a B.Th, BA, B.Sc, BRE, or an equivalent degree.
2. The applicant must furnish two letters of recommendation, one from the pastor of the church of which he or she is a member and the other from an official of the denominational body.
3. A copy of the Degree Certificate *(Transcript from all schools attended must be included)
4. recommendation from a physician for physical fitness for intensive study.
5. Other accompanying documents to be submitted are a short, up-to-date, life history and statement of Christian faith and experience.
6. The applicant must sit for English proficiency, biblical knowledge, and library knowledge examinations and will be eligible for admission into the program by scoring 60% and above.

The components of the Master of Theological Librarianship program are:

• •  64 credit hours of academic work distributed over four semesters of full-time resident study.
  •  The completion of a summer internship program.
  •  The student must maintain an average of 70% for each subject and for the annual overall grade.  The cumulative average for two years’ study must be at least 80%.
