Master of Divinity degree program are designed to meet the needs of Pastoral and ministerial life of the Church. However, they are also foundations for the development of future theological educators.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- The applicant must have four years of college-level study graduating with a B.Th, BA, B.Sc, BRE, or an equivalent degree.
- A B.Th/BRE graduate must have at least one year of Christian service before he or she joins the M.Div program.
- The applicant must furnish two letters of recommendation, one from the pastor of the church of which he or she is a member and the other from an official of the denominational body.
- A copy of the Degree Certificate (Transcript from all schools attended must be included)
- A recommendation from a physician for physical fitness for intensive study.
- Other accompanying documents to be submitted are a short, up-to-date, life history and statement of Christian faith and experience.
- The applicant must sit for English proficiency and biblical knowledge examinations and will be eligible for admission into the program by scoring 60% and above.
COMPONENTS OF THE PROGRAM
The components of the Master of Divinity program are:
- 96 credit hours of academic work distributed over six semesters of full-time resident study.
- The student must maintain an average of 70% for each subject and for the annual overall grade. The cumulative average for three years’ study must be at least 80%.
- The completion of an approved program of field education. (3 credits)
- The completion of a summer internship program. (3 credits)
- The writing of a thesis. (3 credits)
